NES Packages: NES provide a triple A (Assess, Advise & Action) "Fit For Purpose" one stop shop package including certified Building Energy Rating (BER) specifications and SEI Grant Application submissions on the various elements of the Greener Homes and House Of Tommorrow schemes. Our preferred technologies are SEI registered.

From the wide range of products and installers on the SEI registered lists, NES has choosen it's own preferred list of European Renewable Energy and Conservation Technology suppliers who demonstrate 5 Star type performance, for example, the supplier who won the major Eco competition in Finland 2006 for being the best performing and most innovative Heat Pump product in Europe.

Typically, a new dwelling assessment is made together with a written specification for the main contractor/builder to comply with. This would include meeting the customer, examination of the dwelling drawings, quotation to supply & install best in class technologies, modern glazing & insulation performance standards and finally assisting in the paperwork for the customers grant funding requests. A pre-project payment is sought from NES around the time of grant application. If requested, a Building Energy Rating assessment can also be performed at this design stage.
Regarding the implementation of the specific energy saving technologies, NES would charge a daily rate covering site visits, instructions, reports and telephone support.

House of Tomorrow Scheme for Developers Multi-dwelling developments grants (for ratings that can demonstrate > A3/A2 and < 70% of the MPCDER) are capped at € 16,000 Per Unit. Max 20 units allowed.
